August TBR

This month I’m trying out something completely new with my reading:

In August I’m getting Kindle Unlimited.

I’ve been thinking of using Kindle Unlimited for around a year now, but because of my location I don’t get the free trial so I waited for a month where I could use the service the most. We are now in August and in a month I will be going back to university so it’s now or next summer.

I will still read library books as my holds come in, but I won’t borrow anything new, at least not before the end of the month.

Library Holds

Her Royal Highness by Rachel Hawkins (should come in soon)

Tell Me How You Really Feel by Aminah Mae Safi (I’m waiting for the physical copy and they just got the book so it might not come in this month)

From My Shelves

Theft by Finding by David Sedaris

I might go back to Empress of All Seasons by Emiko Jean

Kindle Unlimited

Lady Injury by Melissa C. Water

Mia Lee is Wheeling Through Middle School by Melissa Shang

Love Beyond Body, Space, and Time by Hope Nicholson

Femme by Marshall Thornton

Video Night by Adam Cesare

Stained by Abda Khan

The Reborn King by Michael R. Miller

Sufficiently Advanced Magic by Andrew Rowe

and more…

Kindle Unlimited gives me a chance to read some of the books my library doesn’t have. That full list is over 150 books long so I’m grateful I will get to some of these titles this month.

What are you excited to get to this month and if you’ve used Kindle Unlimited before what did you think of the service?
