Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl
This year I’m making an effort to read more of the books I own, but I love my library too much to stop using it. Here are the 10 books I currently have on hold:
Available Soon
Regarding the Pain of Others by Susan Sontag
The Girl in the Tower by Katherine Arden
∼ 2 weeks
Nine Perfect Strangers by Liane Moriarty
Your Favorite Band Cannot Save You by Scotto Moore
The Final Empire by Brandon Sanderson
∼ 3 weeks
The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah
∼ 4 weeks
On the Come Up by Angie Thomas
The Music of What Happens by Bill Konigsberg
∼ 6 weeks
God is Not Great by Christopher Hitchens
Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker
The best part about discovering Overdrive is the ability to put books in hold without fear that the book will become available during the weekend and that I won’t be able to pick it up. Since I started using it in October 2017 I borrowed almost 200 titles. It’s funny to think that only a couple of years ago I didn’t want to read ebooks.
On the Come Up was on my list this week, too.

I, too, blame all my unread copies on my library. They need to stop being so convenient and having all the shiny new books that I don’t have. xD Loving my Overdrive, too! Which is even more convenient. I obviously suffer from convenience overload.
I really need to read the Winternight trilogy, too! I’m just about done with Arden’s Small Spaces, which is middle grade, but still a good read, and I definitely want to read more from the author.
On The Come Up is supposed to be really good, too! I hope you enjoy them all when you get your hands on them. 🙂
